529 U.S. 598 (U.S. Supreme Court 2000) - Filed a Friend of the Court (amicus curiae) brief on behalf of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), supporting the defendant ‘s successful challenge to the constitutionality of the new federal law under which he was sued, and the Supreme Court vacated that portion of the law; the NACDL amicus brief is available at 1999 WL 1133764.
